Supporting Agriculture, One Customer At A Time

My name is Josie Malecek and this summer I was able to intern with AgriSync. AgriSync is a small startup company whose main focus is support in agriculture. The whole idea is to connect farmers with advisors or experts in a certain agricultural field through a support ticket. This could be anyone from a crop scout connecting with the agronomist, to your local vet checking in on your dairy operation.  AgriSync is very effective, and can be utilized to make your operation more time efficient.  Not only can it save you down time in the field, it can also connect you with the experts you need to solve your current issue. 

I worked on so many various tasks on a daily basis.  On any “normal” day I started out by reaching out to new and current users.  I ensured they were off on the right foot with our product, and that we could address any concerns or open issues they had.  I was also in charge of monitoring and responding to any incoming help request regarding account, app, and usage issues.  I also got to spend time working on marketing which was a lot of fun. During my summer internship, I was able to capture testimonial videos as well as helping to create content for our social media pages.  This included taking pictures, and videos as well as creating appropriate content for the particular social media pages.  Recently, I have been introduced to the sales tools and have been learning how to implement them into real life. 

My experience with AgriSync this summer has been great.  I have gained valuable hands on experience, and knowledge from the team.  I have been very busy working on many tasks within customer service, marketing, and sales.  It has been a great learning experience overall; I couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with.
